Reduction in Force of Teachers and State Funding Dr. Murray reported that she had received tentative state figures and that the John Glenn School Corp, would be receiving an increase of 2.8% in state funding. Dr. Murray noted that this 2.8 increase was somewhat deceiving because considering other add on costs, this increase would not result in an actual 2.8 increase. Dr. Murray noted that she had planned to be able to give an answer during tonight's meeting as a result of teacher callbacks, however she said that those figures were not finalized at this time. Dr. Murray said HUGE WINTER SALE ON LESTER" BUILDINGS. For a limited time, we’re discounting every one of our rural buildings. Now is the perfect time to buy the building you’ve been thinking about for the past year. Our winter building sale is underway, so give us a call or stop in before time runs out. THANK YOU To All Os The Businesses, Organizations & Individuals who helped support the North Liberty 4th of juiy ueiebration. Without your financial support we would not be able to continue the parade and fireworks each year. If you haven’t made your donation you still may do so at Ist Source Bank of North Liberty. The floats this year were great but every year we are finding It more difficult to get participation in the parade. All the surrounding small towns have discontinued their parades for the same reason. We realize it takes some time to prepare a float or other entry for your business but the people of the community still look forward to the tradition of a 4th of July parade. We will try again next year and ask that you give us your support. If you have a theme in mind for 1992 please let us know by contacting John Dooms at 656-8343 or 30901 State Road 4, North Liberty, Indiana 46554. We will consider all submitted themes. One final note. If you see a North Liberty fireman don’t forget to say THANK YOU for giving up his day and risking his safety to put on the fireworks display for your family's enjoyment. Thanks again, John Dooms Chairman
