Our sympathy goes to Gloria Haynes and family, whose husband was killed due to the ice on Road 6 last Wed. evening. Many of you readers will remember Gloria who worked as a tour guide for Connie Ullery with American Dream Tours. Please remember her at this time of sorrow. Just want to say congratulations to Lowell and Eva Ross on State Road 4, who will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Feb. 22. They will have a family get together on Saturday in their home. Their son, Lynn and his wife, Mary, are to arrive home from Balton, Texas on Wednesday. REAL SERVICES NEWS NORTH LIBERTY All of us at the North Liberty site are anxiously awaiting spring, especially after the snow storm last week. We have been having a lot of fun at the site. Several of the ladies decorated sweatshirts with Lorabelle Kime instructing us how to do this project. Everyone brought a valentine to put in our large valentine box and then each person pulled one out for themselves. After dinner on Valentine’s Day, we played card bingo and inexpensive prizes were brought in by the people. Door prizes were won by Je r jie Brantley, Gail McDaniel and Yvonne Foresman. On Monday, a trio consisting of Betty McCormick, Ruth Finch and Helen Henslev. accomoanied bv Madelyn Nelson sang several over the hill songs for Becky Burch for her birthday. The group presented Becky with a lovely birthday gift and ice cream was served to all. Mark your calendars, March 18th, Charlie Myers and Madelyn Nelson will provide music for us.
