Balance was the key for the Falcons as they had nine players share in the scoring with Jay Cotton leading the way with 10. Game honors went to McCall of Marian with 14. Glenn trailed 9-8 after one, gained the lead by a single point 18-1“’ by halftime before pulling steadily ahead in the second half for the victory. Kathy Daugherty EUCHRE CLUB MEETS The monthly Euchre Club met Saturday night at Dave and Kathy McKesson’s We enjoyed a wonderful carry-in meal with Kathyprepared a turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. We had two guests join us for the evening. Kate Pugsley filled in for Diane Pippenger and John Stahly filled in for Russell Bacewic. Everyone also missed Brian and Terri Schmeltz and John and Doris Fuentes. After playing ten rounds of euchre, Kenny Chapman and John Stahly tied for first place with a score of 69. Karen Bacewic came in last with a 42. Next month, we will meet at the home of Brian and Tern Schmeltz. Potato chips were invented in 1853
