There is a specific statute that pertains to the disposing of evidence and unclaimed property. Rizck asked Attorney Holmes where we stand with several different issues. 1. to file a complaint at the St. Joseph County Circuit Court. 4. Codification of Ordinances. Holmes has checked with a printer, and the cost for twenty-five copies will run approximately $550 00. The clerk reported that three claims on this docket, which are made out to the State Board of Accounts, are for the 1988 audit.
