Local Attorney Practicing In North Liberty Deborah Sullivan Brown, a lifelong resident of North Liberty, is practicing law in her home town. Debbie is a graduate of North Liberty High School, Ball State University and Notre Dame Law School. She was associated with a South Bend law firm for four years until the birth of her son in 1986 and is married to Gerry Brown, a teacher, coach and middle school athletic director with the John Glenn School Corporation.
