Heart To Heart Counseling Service Opens Heart To Heart Counseling Services. at 101 W Williams St., in Argos, opened recently with Sands Jackson. Skilled counseling to strengthen emotional scars of child abuse or rape, failing marriages and other problems of dysfunctional families are being offered. Sands worked previously at the Bowen Center, director of the Culver Counseling Assistance Program at CM A and she is president of the Name of Christ Clearing House, of Plymouth. Sands has her master’s degree in social work from Indiana Universits Purdue University. Indianapolis and is a member of the National Association of Social Work-
