Wende Sue Webster and Andrew Wallace Millar were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. on June 23 a* the North Liberty Church of Christ. The Pastor Charles Richmond performed the double-ring ceremony. The organist was Joyce Richmond. The vocalists were Todd and Allison Millar. Bob Duff and Carmen Crane. Decorations for the ceremony included candleabras. and silk white and pink flower arrangements. were Andre Rusch. Pete Rusch and John Wade. The flower girls were Jennifer Millar, cousin of the groom and Katie Webster, cousin of the bride. Ring bearers were Gordon Millar, cousin of the groom and Shawn Webster, cousin of the bride. Approximately 225 people attended a reception at the North Liberty Community Building. The bride is the daughter of John and Rosemary Webster, of Koontz Lake. She is a 1989 graduate of John Glenn High School. She's a teachers-aide at Misawa Air Force Base. Japan. The gnw is the son of Marolyn Millar, of South Bend and William Millar, of North Liberty. He is a 1988 graduate of John Glenn High School and a 1989 graduate of Northwestern Business College. Lima. the Brethren. The meetings are being held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. September 23 through Tuesday, September 25. Rev. Lester Young, a pastor at the North Winona Church of the Brethren near Warsaw for almost 40 years, will be speaking each night. Special music is planned each night. A time of fellowship and refreshments is scheduled to follow the Sunday night service. Pastor Young, in addition to his pastoral ministry, serves the Northern Indiana District of the Church of the Brethren as district treasurer. and has been involved in public education as a teacher and administrator. The new office, which is located at 611 Lincolnway East, will open Monday, September 10. The new facilities increase public accessibility to the IRS and provide ample free off-street parking for area taxpayers.
