Onlv non-profit organizations mav apply. 2. Only non-profit organizations that are pre approved and pre-registered may have their drawings at Place Park on July 4th. 3. Non-profit organization drawings will be held between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. 4. No raffle tickets may be sold at Place Park on July 4th. except the Friends of the Fourth tickets. 5. All non-profit organizations must have their application in to the Friends of the Fourth bv June IS. 6. All non-profit organizations must have their signed approval form with them to have their drawings announced at Place Park on Julv 4th.
