FRESHMEN ORIENTATION WED., APRIL 4 The Guidance Department of John Glenn High School is planning a special meeting for all eighth grade students and their parents from Urey Middle School on Wednesday, April 4. at 7 :00 p.m. It will be in the high school auditorium and all parents and eighth grade students arc urged to attend. The purpose of the program is to acquaint the students and parents with the high school administration. counselors, and department chairpersons. The curriculum and how it fits different career options will be explained. School policies, goals, and opportunities will be explored. Tours will be conducted for the students. A multi-media production of John Glenn High school will be shown. If you wish to see how scheduling is done or if you have concern about vour child’s schedule this is an important meeting. One hundred thirty-seven Walkerton and North Liberty elementary choir students participated in the •World's Largest Concert.’’ Thursday at 1:00. sponsored by the McDonald's Corporation.
