Monterey Chicken and Rice I^— . ^jKUUMUKKAK * * WxW ' MONTEREY CHICKEN AND RICE " (Makes 6 servings)

2 cups water 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 tablespoon Wyler’s* or Steero* Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 3 Chicken-Flavor Bouillon Cubes 1 (16-ounce) container Borden* Sour Cream, at room temperature

I reheat oven to 350’. In medium saueepan, combine water, rice and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cup Colby cheese, mix well Turn into buttered I‘A-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, l op with remaining cheese; bake 3 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Ix?t stand 5 minutes. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
