particularly Pro-Life concerns, the family, vocations, public morality and Catholic education. “ Robert Malkowski. Grand Knight of Walkerton council said that the event was an opportunity to play a part locally in an important international campaign. “Through this program, the people of Walkerton can add their voices in prayer to those from around the world.’’ Our Lady Os Pochaiv is one of many titles by which the Blessed Mother is known. Since the 16th century many miraculous occurrences have been attributed to the icon. As a symbol of the Marian Hour of Prayer program, a copy of the painting will be present at each prayer service. The tribute to Our Lady of Pochaiv is the fifth yearlong Marian Hour of Prayer program to be sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization with more than 1.4 million members worldwide. The four previous programs attracted more than 8.7 million participants to nearly 30,000 prayer services. “THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR ONE MORE” IN 4-H "There is always room for one more". Any group of friends who share common interests, have a desire to learn about new things, and have an adult willing to meet with them can form their own 4 H Club. Just call the Marshall County Extension Office, 935-8545, and ask for Charles Bradley, Extension Agent, or Judy McCollough, Extension Program Assistant. Training is available for the adult volunteer and a long list of other adults stand ready to work with new members in specific project areas. Sound interesting? Call the Extension Office today. New clubs, like new members, must be in place by March 1. 1989. CHANGING ADDRESS?
