Opal Schultz, of Koontz Lake, spent Christmas Day with Chuck and Renee Watson, in Mishawaka They all then went to Renee s parents home. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Ziemendorf. in .South Bend, for Christmas dinner. Rev. and Mrs. Robert Bowman, of Koontz Lake, spent Christmas with their daughter and family, in Menasha. Wisconsin. They stopped over to see Mrs. Bow man's sister, in Wilmette. Illinois. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Nowakowski spent their Christmas holidays with their children and grandchildren. They stayed with their son. Terry and his family, in South Holland. Illinois, and on Christmas Eve they had their traditional Polish ten course 8:00 p.m. family supper with 20 family members all enjoying the feast. A happy Christmas eve was enjoyed by everyone and the gift exchange followed later in the evening. Christmas Day was enjoyed with a luncheon buffet at their daughter's home, Dianne, in Mohena. Illinois, and the afternoon was spent visiting Dennis Nowakowski, son of Josephine and Claude, flew in from Wichita. Kansas, with his friend, Frank I urner, who has become a member of our family They spent five days with the family and managed three days at Koontz Lake It was really a beautiful, blessed and happy Christmas. Reese, in Evanston. Illinois, recently. Mr. Dale Rensberger was dismissed from St. Joseph Medical Center. South Bend, on Friday - of last week following an automobile accident, near Rochester, when he was coming home for the holidays. He was accompanied by Mrs. Linda Bridwell, of Ingleside. Texas, who remains in St. Joseph Medical Center and will be there for some time yet Mr. Rensberger is not able be on his feet but is grateful to be home recuperating. A six o’clock dinner will be served at the Koontz. Lake Conservation Club, on Saturday evening, for members and their guests. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Crane will serve as hosts. Mrs. Sharon Hamilton, of the Detroit area, spend the weekend here with her mother, Mrs. Rita Stewart, at Koontz Lake. Mr. Chuck Cripe and Mr. Marvin Baker, were dismissed from the hospital last week. Both arc home and recovery is well on the way. Christmas Eve dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. McCan and family, in Plymouth, were Mr. and Mrs. Roger McCan. Plymouth; Mr. and Mrs. Roger Kelly and family, LaPaz; and Mr. and Mrs. Gell Fouts, of Walkerton.
