Heemer informed the Board that he was still working on the four ordinances that were given to him at the previous meeting The town attorney notified the Board that the conflict between the Town of Walkerton vs. Dr. Bottorff over the easement rights along side the Wastewater Treatment plant has been resolved. A hearing in Small Claims Court between the Town of Walkerton and Doug Rice has been rescheduled for November 25th. NEW BUSINESS A notice of claim has been received from attorneys for A. G. Christensen vs. The Town Os Walkerton. Arthur Heemer made a motion to advertise for a consulting firm to study the water and sewer rates. Margaret Gaddis seconded the mo-

tion and all agreed. Esther Gerber motioned to accept all reports that have been presented to the Board. Cliff Ward seconded the motion and all agreed. Claims 1.314 to 1.372 were accepted on a motion by Cliff Ward and seconded by Esther Gerber. With no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned on a motion by Margaret Gaddis and seconded by Esther Gerber. STARKE COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING TO OFFER LEGAL SERVICES Information regarding legal services will be made in the coming month by the Starke County Council on Aging. Starke County Council on Aging, through an agreement with Lake Counts Economic Opportunity, and attorneys Martin Bedrock and David Bnxiks, will provide individual counseling and group sessions regarding legal matters. The first session will be on “Wills. Duties Os Guardians. And Executors Os Estates". November 30. 1987. 11:3012:00 p.m. at 500 S. Heaton St..
