SENIOR CITIZEN BOWLING NEWS The Senior Bowlers were enjoying the mild weather of the past week and their scores reflected it! From the totals, their ‘‘arthritis’’ sure wasn’t bothering them; or maybe it was the keen competition that caused them to forget about it. The ladies saw a "June Baker - Norine Divine" day. June had a high scratch game of 180. followed by Norine's 170. High handicap game also went to June with a 234 total, again followed by Norine's 228. High series was June's 487, besting Norinc’s 423. Betty Schrader had a nice 405 series. Nice pin toppling, ladies! For the gents, it was a "Marion Anderson" day all the way. Marion was in great form, rolling a fine high scratch game of 246. followed distantly, by Romam Brehm’s 198. Marion’s 270 high handicap game beat Dave Lind's 239 easily. High series total went to Marion with 609. Brehm's 513 was the only other series to top 500. There ^ZaNTEdH i OLD FISHING i’ J TACKLE ?
