Kimberly Ann Peters and Todd Michael Carroll were united in marriage at 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 11, in the North Liberty United Methodist Church with Rev. Lowell Townsend, pastor of the Lakeville United Methodist Church officiating. A reception followed at the F.0.P., in South Bend. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Peters, North Liberty, are the parents of the bride. Business Women Enjoy October Dinner Meeting Halloween with witches, cats, bums, servicemen, baby girl, etc., were all present for the October 23 meeting of the Walkerton Business and Professional Women’s Club. The dinner meeting was held at the Presbyterian Church with 26 members and three guests present including Miss Tulip Treasure, Miss Penelope Perfection and Miss Pansey Passion. Prior to the dinner served by the ladies of the church, a parade of those in costume was held. A guest, Edna Downey, had everyone surprised as well as the thr.e gentlemen mentioned above were revealed as Rick Ruby, Jim Patterson and Warner Clark. Super job guys! The president, Karen Johnson, presided over the business session. The guest introduced was Edna Downey.
