COLONEL C. BENNETT Colonel C. Bennett, 45, of 610 S. State Street, North Liberty, passed away at 6:45 p.m., on Monday. September 29. in Memorial Hospital emergency room of a heart attack suffered at his home. He was born on October 13, 1940, in Plymouth. He lived in North Liberty for 25 years coming from Lakeville. He married Kay E. Mobley, on August 1, 1959, in North Liberty, who survives. Surviving along with his wife are two daughters, Donna Stanley, Grovertown, and Deanna Penrod, Walkerton; two sons, Kenneth, of Muskegon, Michigan, and Brian, at home; four grandchildren; his parents, Charley and Donna (Croy) Bennett.
