The bride chose a white tea length all over lace gown with a satin collar and lace trimmed angled skirt. Maid of honor was Teresa Reeder, North Liberty. Brittany Morris, niece of the groom, was flower girl. Serving as best man was John Moore. Walkerton. George Heim, cousin of the bride was ring bearer. Steven Heim, brother of the bride. TO CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY

The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Holderman. Rural Route 2, Walkerton, will be celebrated with an open house at the Holiday Inn. Plymouth, on Suday. September 21. from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Family and friends arc invited. but please no gifts. The couple were married in Marshall County on September 26, 1936. They have three children, Harold, of Battleground; Judy Manges. North Liberty; and Janet, of South Bend; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. own dinner. The dinner was a fun combination of laughs and good food. Plans for the 1986-87 Zeta Pi year were discussed. Plans were made to order the delicious pecans which Zeta Pis have sold in the community in past years. Irinda Slater, president, conducted the meeting and led the initiation.
