This will be the last Lenton evening Mass this year. HOLY THURSDAY, MARCH 27 There will be two Masses offered Holy Thursday, the anniversary of the institution of the Holy Eucharist. The morning Mass will be offered at 9:00 a.m., the evening Mass at 7:00 p.m. The Blessed Sacrament will be reposed at the side altar of the Blessed Virgin Mary for private adoration and thanksgiving all day long till end of the evening Mass. GOOD FRIDAY, MARCH 28 Private adoration from 12:00 noon till 1:00 p.m. Confessions will be heard from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. The Good Friday liturgy devotion will start at 1:00 p.m. This service comemorates the Passion and Death of Our Lord Jesus Christ. There is no Mass on Good Friday, however, the Holy Eucharist will be distributed at 1:30 p.m., after which the congregational Tre Ore (commemorating the Three Hours Our Lord spent on the Cross) services will start and end at 3:00 p.m. HOLY SATURDAY, MARCH 29 The Easter Vigil Services will start at 7:00 p.m. The service will start as always in the past, with the blessing of the outside fire, the Easter Candle, the Baptismal font. Please try to bring your own small container for the water. A limited number of such containers will be made available while they last. Good Friday is a dav of total abstinence from meat for all catholics 14 years old and over.
