Adult Basic Education Classes Needs Students Our local class for Adult Basic Education is in danger of being cancelled in the very near future. If you or a person you know, could profit from this class, either by getting a GED certificate or brushing up on basic skills, please enroll immediately. We meet Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at John Glenn High School. The program is part of a combined effort to provide free education by the John Glenn School Corporation. This class is free to anyone 16 or older, not presently in school, who does not have a high school diploma or wants to improve skills in reading, math or language. Glenn High School. Margo DeMont, of Ancilia College, will conduct the session for college and vocational school bound seniors and their parents. The Financial Aid Form (FAF) will be distributed and discussed in detail. Information about scholarships, grants, loans and work study will also be discussed. There will also be opportunities for specific questions about financial aid to be answered. All seniors planning to attend college or vocational school, and their parents, are encouraged to attend.
