AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 1985-9 AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF NORTH LIBERTY, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY. INDIANA. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of North Liberty has been presented with a petition for annexation of adjoining territory; and WHEREAS, Said Petition is signed by more than fifty-one percent (51%) of the owners of the land in the territory sought to be annexed; and WHEREAS. The Board of Trustees of said town is desirous of granting said petition and annexing said contiguous property by Ordinance pursuant to I.C. 36-4-3-5. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of North Liberty as follows: That the boundaries of the Town of North Liberty, St. Joseph County, Indiana, as determined by an Ordinance adopted on the Sth day of January, 1966, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of North Liberty, are hereby extended by annexation to include contiguous territory described as follows: PARCEL A

Double Batch A Holiday Baked Alaska BMmMk jgfiSnHk , M Hr Heavy duty aluminum foil lines the baking pan, easing preparation and providing a convenient wrapper for freezing this popular dessert The recipe makes two Alaskas - one to serve now. the second to enjoy later Holiday Baked Alaska 1 package (15 1/2 oz ) 1 pint butter pecan ice fudge brownie mix cream, softened *4 cup water 2 eggs For each Alaska 4 cup finely chopped nuts 1 pint strawberry ice 2 egg whites cream, softened % cup sugar Line a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan with Reynolds VSrap. lightly grease foil In mixing bowl, blend brownie mix, eggs and 1/4 cup water for 1/2 minute on medium speed Add re maining water, beat 1 minute Fold in nuts Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly Bake in 350°F oven 14 to 16 minutes Cool in pan 10 minutes, lift gently to rack to cool completely Cut lengthwise into three equal strips Spread one strip with strawberry ice cream, place second brownie strip on top Spread this strip with butter pecan ice cream, stack third brownie strip on top Cut in half lengthwise Wrap each half in heavy duty aluminum foil, freeze To serve Beat egg whites until frothy, gradually adding sugar Beat until stiff peaks form Place frozen Alaska on cookie sheet, fold down foil Cover top and sides of cake with meringue, sealing well Bake in 500°f oven until lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes Serve immediately Each batch makes 5 to 6 servings
