CHRISTMAS PARTY The Annual Christmas Party, sponsored by the Women’s Club for all the children of our parish will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. in our school hall. The party win start with a movie “The Miracle Os Marcellino". This is a wonderful film for children. It is very touching and inspirational, and hope the mothers will bring their children on time to see the entire film at 10:00 a.m. Santa Claus will arrive with presents for the children and mingle among them as long as needed. Refreshments for all will follow Santa's visit. CHRISTMAS VACATION The Christmas vacation for our St. Patrick school children will start right after the Christmas party and last till Monday, January 6, on which day classes will be resumed at the regular time. C.C.D. CLASSES Regular religious classes tor our children attending the public school will be resumbed in late January, 1986. FINANCIAL REPORT The financial report for 1985 should be ready the first week in 1986. MARRIAGE BANS Timothy Glennon and Angela Lemert. Christmas week in the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 6835 Union Road, Donaldson, will include several festive Swedish events as well as the traditional services. The week’s calendar begins with the regular service on Sunday, December 22, followed by a carryin dinner, hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Don Schoberg. A Christmas Eve candlelight service will be celebrated on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. At 6:00 a.m., Christmas morning, the Swedish traditional worship service, “Julotta”, will be observed, followed by the Sankta Luciafest, honoring Lucia, patron Saint of Sweden.
