NORTH LIBERTY TOWN BOARD NEWS The regular monthly Town Roard meeting was held at the Town Hall on November 6, 1985 at 7:00 p.m. and called to order by Allen Albright, acting chairman. Board members present: Lyle McCormick. Scott King. Thomas Daughterly came in at 7:15 p.m. Press represented by Pauline Laskowski and Wayne Falda. Others present: 26 citizens. Motion to approve minutes of previous meeting made by Scott King, seconded Lyle McCormick with unanimous aye. Claims presented for approval: Lwon 13399 to 13438; Sewer 3099 t 03127; Water 7100 to 7134. John Gouker. sewer superintendent. requested having Mead/ White Electric Co. to call for inspecting and advising price on service of motors. Also requested getting price quote on bucketing sewer line because of sand collecting on Rupel Street and down to sewer plant. John also asked for purchasing a 12” inflateable sewer plug for $300.00 from the Sewer Equipment Co. of Florida. Motion to approve purchase by Scott King, seconded by Lyle McCormick with unanimous aye. Motion made by Lyle McCormick. seconded by Scott King, to heck price on picket snow fencing. 2 rolls use around clarifier to keep (continued on Page 13)

KOONTZ LAKE CONSERVATION CLUB BUSINESS MEETING The business meeting of the Koontz Lake Conservation Gub will be held in the club house this Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. C.S.T. All members are invited to come and join in the decisions of the club.

Nora Wilson Works Os Art On Display The lovely watercolors of Nora Wilson, Koontz Lake artist whose work is widely known in northern Indiana, are on display at the Koontz Lake Library. There are over 30 examples of her work, tastefully matted and framed, and reasonably priced. The paintings will be at the library for all of November for the pleasure of all visitors and for purchasing for elegant Christmas gifts. Library hours are 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Tuesday and Friday; 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. and from 9:30 a m. to 5:30 p.m. C.S.T. on Saturday. The library is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. BASKETBALL SEASON TICKETS NOW ON SALE Season tickets for varsity boys basketball, eight home games, are now on sale at the John Glenn High School office at a cost of adults. $15.00, and students, SIO.OO. SOUTH CENTRAL BASKETBALL GAME IS POSTPONED The first boys basketball game with South Central is being postponed due to the South Central involvement in the football playoffs. The new date is undertermined at this time. Turkey Davs November 14 - 16.
