The Walkerton Area Junior Miss Pageant will be held at the John Glenn High School auditorium with preliminaries on Wednesday, October 30, and the finals to be staged on Saturday, November 2. Last week you were introduced to the first seven contestants and this week we will feature the remaining eight. This week you will meet Kimberly Kile, Jill Richmond, Laina Rininger, Deb Thompson, Loretta Traversa, Dana Umbaugh, Kelli Whickcar and Lea Ann Wozny. Some of Laina’s activities include track, “The Aerial” and Sunshine Society. She attends John Glenn High School and is active in the Thespian Society, cheerleading, Aerial editor and concert choir.
