SENIOR CITIZEN BOWLING NEWS It was another fine fall day for the Senior Bowlers, both outside and in the bowling alley. With 24 bowlers competing, evenly divided between ladies and gents, all enjoyed a good day and some fine exercise. The charge down the alleys was led by Norma Long for the ladies. Surviving along with his wife is a daughter, Bonnie Shumway, Granger; three sons, Richard, Campbellsville, Kentucky, Kevin, Cicero. Illinois, and LeMar, Niles, Michigan; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Harke, Muncie, Vera Benson. San Antonia, Texas, and Genevieve Bertsche, Elkhart; and three brothers, William and Charles Roberty, both of South Bend, and Vernon, Savanah, Tennessee. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday in the Sumption Prairie United Methodist Church, of which he was a member, with Rev. James Toole officiating. Burial was in the Rae-Porter
