Parents And Club Members To Hear Mrs. Veldman Family of the Year, Bernard and Florence Veldman, of Mishawaka, and their 16 children, five of whom are foster children, will be the topic of the program on Wednesday, September 4. for parents of St. Patrick’s Parochial School and members of St. Patrick’s Woman’s Club at Walkerton. Mrs. Veldman will discuss family living. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the school hall. Another highlight will be to introduce the faculty including Sisters Clementine, Euthemia and Annelle, for grades one and two, three and four, and kindergarten, as well as Mrs. Frances Glose, third and fourth grades and Mrs. Paula Arce, fifth and sixth grades. CCD Religious classes for children attending public school will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the school on Monday, September 16, and continue every other Monday thereafter. Mrs. Carol Wielosinski will teach seventh and eighth grade levels; Mrs. Carol Martin, fifth and sixth grade; Mrs. Jean Ann Beem, third and fourth grade and Rev. Anthony Letko, High School level.
