Third through fifth were Dan Konieczny, Doug Hanna and dutch Jones. Blount set fast qualifying time of 13:34 and won a heat race, but finished second to Dan Konieczny in the dash. Moose Miller won the 30 lap road runner feature, while Bud Van Scoik won the 12 lap consolation race. Heat victories were recorded b y Paul Von Scoik, Chet Bond, Dick White and Rodney Smith. Mike Milliser won the dash. Jim Bishop won the coyote feature and Kenny Ottman won the consi that saw Tim Vitali hit the front wall and roll over. He escaped uninjured. Jim Bishop won the dash and a heat with other heats won by Duth Miller, Bob Brown and Dewey Waggoner. Racing resumes at New Prairie Speedway with B & B Speed Shop Night this Saturday.
