EVERLY-HITE REUNION The 38th Everly and Hite family reunion was held on Sunday, July 28, at Centennial Park, Plymouth, with 125 family members attending. The oldest present was Harold Everly, 83; oldest women, Marie Masterson; and the youngest was Erica Sue Hite, fourmonth old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hite, Gaypool. DEPOY NAMED USAIR VICE-PRESIDENT Washington, D.C. — Jerry L. DePoy has been elected Vice Presi-dent-Properties and Facilities for USAir, with offices at the airline’s Washington, D.C., headquarters. DePoy has served in a number of management positions since joining the airline in 1959, most recently as Assistant Vice PresidentProperties and Facilities. A native of Walkerton, and a graduate of Walkerton High School he attended Ball State University, Northern Virginia Community College and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. DePoy resides with his family in Arlington, Virginia. Larry Kaser Named Regional Credit Manager Larry W. Kaser has recently been named regional credit man ager for Elanco Products Company, the agricultural marketing division of Eli Lilly and Company. He will be working out of the Dallas, Texas area according to D. L. VanLeeuwen, manager of the agricultural products credit department. Kaser joined the company in 1973 as an animal products market research analyst. In 1976 he was transferred to his present position as an animal products sales representative working out of the Carmel. Indiana area. A native of Walkerton, Kaser graduated from John Glenn High School in Walkerton in 1967. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Purdue University in 1971 and a master's degree in marketing from Indiana University in 1973. Congressman John Hiler of Indiana’s Third District, was formerly the executive director of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, a post to which she was appointed by the President. She resigned that post in 1984 to assist with her husband’s re-elec-tion campaign. She has previously served as a minority counsel on the House of Representatives Committee on Government Operations and as a corporate lending officer for a major California bank. She earned her B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. Public Law 98-276 calling for the reconvening of the White House Conference on Small Business was signed by President Reagan on May 8, 1984. The purpose of the White House Conference is to increase public awareness of the contributions for executive and legislative action. . The National Conference must be preceded by state conferences, with at least one conference in each state. At the state conferences, issues will be discussed and delegates will be elected to represent their state at the National Conference to be held in Washington, D.C. on August 17-21, 1986.
