EXERCISE CLASSES TO BEGIN The Health and Lifestyle Center of Memorial Hospital announces the pre-holiday schedule of exercise classes will begin Monday, October 29, at 7:00 p.m., in the North Liberty School gym and on Wednesday, October 31, at 7:00 p.m. in the Walkerton Elementary School gym. Sue Klinedinst, instructor, will lead the class in “Easy Does It Fitness”. This one-hour class is a slow-pace, exercise-to-music session that is designed for those who have not exercised for some time. Emphasizing primarily flexibility and conditioning exercises, this class will assist women in regaining muscle tone, strength and a higher energy level. Relaxation and breathing techniques that are incorporated in the class help reduce stress and tension. This is a fun workout guaranteed to create a feeling of well being. These classes have no age restrictions and since no dance routine is taught one can join on any Monday or Wednesday night. It is however recommended, that, if possible, students begin the first
