ner they visited the Large Museum where they saw the first galvanized bathtub from the 17th century. They also saw the first printing press of 1448 and saw it print papers yet today. They enjoyed the train ride around the grounds where they saw all kinds of animals. In all there were 28 different places of interest that were visited. Those who went on the trip included Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sheneman, Edith Rupel, Pearl Newcomb, all of North Liberty; Mr. and Mrs. Merle Zehner, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Pogodzinski, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Carlson, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Myers, Lillian Kaiser, all of near Walkerton; and Fredia Ross, of near South Bend. The weather was just ideal and it was a trip to remember. Connie Ullery was the hostess and really showed them all a good time.
