Men’s Pool League Is Underway Here The American Legion Post 189 Walkerton, announces its third year of sponsoring the Men's Pool League. All games will be played on Tuesday evenings with eight teams playing. The eight teams are Legion, Dolly & Mac's, Cole Mine 1 & 2, Old Timers, Wind Mill, Wabash and the Unknow n 10-56. Play started on Tuesday. September 18 at 8:00 p.m. with the first half of the schedule listed below. Recreational Programs Slated At Oregon-Davis Several instructional swim and exercise classes will be offered this fall in the pool: Life Saving Class, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning September 26 and ending October 29. $20.00 fee. Must have 12 participants to hold class. Prerequisities: 15 years old at least and a good swimmer. Renewal for Life Saving, for those whose life-saving card is about to expire. Will meet two Saturdays, October 13 and October 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must have at least 8 participants. Infant Swim Lessons, 3 months to 2 years of age, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 - 5:30 p.m., October 2 through October 18. $15.00 fee. An adult must be in the pool with the child. Toddler Swim Lessons, 2-5 year old, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:00 p.m., October 2 through October 18. $15.00 fee. Red Cross Beginner Lessons, School-age children, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for 2 weeks, October 29 through November 8, 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. $15.00 fee.

Aerobic Exercise Class, 5 weeks beginning September 24, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:15 - ^OO p.m. $15.00 donation to O-D Elementary School for elementary projects. Aerobic Dance Class, 5 weeks beginning September 24, Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 - 7:45 p.m. $15.00 donation.
