WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM "Slim Chance”, a ten week weight loss program will be conducted at LaPorte Hospital’s Health Quarters, 919 Lincolnway. at 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday. February 16 and continuing through April 20. The class will include sessions on eating behavior, exercise and stress management. Registrants will meet for an individual counseling session with the dietitian prior to the first class. A diet history and weight loss goal will be discussed. Enrollment is limited and registration must be made by Wednesday. February 2 so that an appointment may be arranged. Registration fee iss $60.00. with a $.10.00 rebate for those participants who attain their weight loss goal.

first lesson. Ihe chair to be caned must be refinished before starting. Also, before buying the caning materials, you need to know the size of the holes and how far apart the\ are.
