Keri Phelps Receives National Award The United States Achievement Academy announced recently that Keri Phelps has been named a 1982 United States National Award winner in Science. Keri attends North Liberty School and she was nominated for this national award by Miss Kay Mohler, a biology teacher at the school. Keri will appear in the United States Achievement Academy official yearbook, published nationally. Keri is the daughter of Wanda Garrett and Eugene Phelps, and grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Archie Moore, of Crumstown, and Mr. and Mrs. Duel Phelps, of Linton. Indiana.
