COUNTY AGENT RETIRES — - n Dwight Miller, St. Joseph County Agent for the past 30 years, officially retired on January 1. A reception was held Sunday, January 3, in the Esther Singer Building at the 4-H Fairgrounds, Ironwood Road, South Bend. With Miller are his wife, Chris, and Mamie Barlow, Home Economics Extension Agent.
