NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FINANCING OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES Notice is hereby given that the Walkerton I conomic Development Commission at its meeting on the 19th day of January . 1981, at the Town Hall in Walkerton. Indiana, at 6:30 o'clock P M. will conduct a public hearing on a proposed flnam ing consisting of I I he issuance of economic development revenue bonds for the town of Walkerton. Indiana, in the principal amount of $650,000.00 for the purpose of financing the cost of certain facilities and equipment; 2 The execution of an Indenture of Trust between the Town of Walkerton. Indiana, and Marshall Counts Bank A Trust Company. Plymouth. Indiana, securing said bonds; 3. The Bond Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds. 4.
