REP. RICHARD W. MANGUS OPINION POLL FOR 1981 Now that State Representative Richard W. Mangus (R-Lake-villc) is back in Indianapolis for the 1981 session of the Indiana General Assembly, he wants to take with him the results of a local opinion poll as a guide to his decision-making.
