NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FINANCING OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES Notice is hereby given that the Walkerton Economic Development Commission at its meeting on the )9th dav of January. 1981. at the Town Hall in Walkerton. Indiana, at 6:30 o’clock P.M. will conduct a publu hearing on a proposed financing i(insisting of: I Ihe issuance of economic development revenue bonds for (he lown of Walkerton. Indiana, in the principal amount of $650,000.00 for the purpose of financing the cost of certain facilitics and equipment ; 2. The execution of an Indenture of trust between the Town of Walkerton. Indiana, and Marshall (ountv Bank & Trust Company. Plymouth. Indiana, securing said bonds; 3. Ihe Bond Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds. 4, The execution of a Loan Agreement bv the Town of Walkerton. Indiana, and Boramco. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiarv of Arco Industries Corporation. 5. The Execution of a Guaranty Agreement bv the Town of Walkerton. Indiana, and Arco Industries Corporation. 6.
