Mrs Bertha l'rbin. honoring the birthday of Bob. Mrs. Mamie Hahn was host for her familv Christmas dinner Sundav in her home. Duster Cummins in his home at Tyner. Rev. Cummins is the minister of the Bhssvilie Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John H Johnson, formerly of North Liberty and Rochester. Both arc deceased. The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs. Louts Schmeltz. of Walkerton, deceased. Mrs. Clcll Fouts was the matron of honor and Clell Fouts was the best man (ceil and Bertha Schmeltz were the witnesses at the ceremony. Following the ceremony the wed ding party went to Pinder's Restaurant in Culver. The couple plans a short honeymoon and will reside near Walkerton.
