V-1, 1980 AN ORDINANCE TO ESTAB LISH A CHARGE FOR RENEWING WATER SERVICE FOR WATER USERS OF THE TOWN OF NORTH LIBERTY WATER UTILITY. WHERE SUCH SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED FOR FAILURE TO PAY WATER BILLS TIMELY BF IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF NORTH LIBERTY. INDIANA, as follows: Section 1.
