December 3. the John Glenn girls basketball team ran their season record to 4-1 as they visited South Bend Clay and brought home their fourth straight win. A strong second half turned into a 55-41 victory for Glenn. Once again it was Mary Huff stetter. with 18. and Traci Florian, with 16. that paced the offense for Glenn. With a strong board game also, headed bv Monique Pavev's II rebounds, with Pam Aitken. Florian and Tammy Tuttle getting 8. ’ and 6. each, the Glenn girls shot 42.8 per cent from the flcxir and another great 7 of 8 from the foul line for 87.5 per cent. Their dominance on the boards kept Clay's shooting at a 26.5 dip with just 50 per cent of their free throws falling and spearheaded the Lady Falcons victory, Huffstetter also dealt out 8 assists for the Glenn team. B-Team Loses Again The Glenn B-Team suffered their fourth defeat in five starts as they were held scoreless the first periexi and behind 15-5 at halftime as the Clay reserves ran aw ay w 11h a 30-14 victory. Ramsten had 13 and Eichorst 8 for Clay while Tern Stull’s six paced the Glenn girls.
