THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN It is that time of year again w hen the bells ring out ... but this time it is the school bells that are ringing. Once again school w ill begin prior to the Labor Dav holiday week end as the children assemble and prepare for another nine months plus of schooling. The Labor Day week end marks the unofficial end of summer, but with schools starting in session prior to that traditional date, the activities of the familes with children get back to a more settled down way of life again as the cycle continues to move. Many things happen differently when school is in session . . . activities pick up on all levels plus not only do the schools and their various extra curricular activities resume, but about all organizations and civic groups as well again start to function on a regular basis. Yes. summer is basically over. It comes and goes very rapidly as one simply hates to face up to the fact that days are getting shorter, the weather in late August and September begins to change more raptdlv to the fall season and it won't be long until the beautiful fall will be here and gone.
