said 10 foot wide alley, a measured distance of 167.54 feet to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Nickel Plat Railroad; thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly railroad right-of-way line to the place of beginning. The property being affected by the proposed vacation by reason of abutting the portion of the alley sought to be vacated is: Thirty-eight (38) feet and seven (7) inches in uniform width off of and from the entire West end of Lots Numbered Thirty-four (34 (34) and Thirty-five (35), in the Original Plat of the Village of West Troy, now within and forming a part of the Incorporated Town of Walkerton. All persons are notified that petitioners have fixed the 23 day of August. 1979, as the last date on which remonstrances of objections may be filed and presented by persons interested or affected by said proposed vacation of the real estate described above and on said date at 9:00 o’clock A.M., or as soon thereafter ar counsel may be heard, said petition will be presented to the St. Joseph Circuit Court for the pur pose of hearing and considering any objections or remonstrances which may have been filed and presented and for the further purpose of taking action in the absence of any written objections having been filed.
