POTATO CREEK FESTIVAL “Tater Trot” Entry Blank The second annual 10,000 meter (6.2 miles) Tater Trot. A new course this year that begins in beautiful Potato Creek State Recreation Area and finishes in North Liberty, Indiana. There will be splits at one and three miles along with aid stations. Officials of United Telephone Company of Indiana, Inc., announced on July 19 that negotiations will begin with the 1.8.E.W. Local 723 bargaining committee on July 19. The present 2-year contract expires at 12:01 a.m., August 15. Over 670 of United’s 1,565 fulltime employees are members of 1.8.E.W. Local 723 and include installers, repair workers, construction personnel, central office technicians, and operators. The most arid of the world's continents is Australia: two-thirds of it is desert.
