Homemade Easter Confection ^ >' 1 f Rf ■ Brighten Easter with homemade treats like these delectable Fruited Coconut-Rum Roils. These gems are filled with candied fruit and chopped nuts, flavored with rum and rolled in Baker’s Angel Flake coconut. They’re sure to please the youngsters and oldsters alike. Make several for gift-giving too. Fruited Coconut-Rum Roils 1/4 cup hot mashed 1-1/2 teaspoons rum* potatoes 1/4 cup diced candied 1 teaspoon melted cherries butter or margarine 1/4 cup diced candied 2 cups sifted pineapple confectioners sugar ’/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup flaked coconut •Or use 1/2 teaspoon rum extract Combine potatoes and butter in oowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended Stir ir salt, rum. fruits and nuts Shape into 2 rolls, about 1-1/4 inches in diameter. Roll in coconut. Cut into slices. Makes about 24 slices
