Lady Falcons Win Two Games To End 13-4 The John Glenn girls basketball team won two contests last week to end their regular season with a 13-4 record before starting defense of their 1978 sectional title. The Lady Falcons toppled St. Joseph 59-48. leading all the way until late in the the game the St. Joe gals made a run at the Glenn girls only to fall to a late rally that pulled out the 59-48 victory. A balanced scoring attack featured the win with Tammy Tuttle heading the list with 14. closely followed by Traci Florian with 13, Patti Farrar with 12 and Barb Mann with 10. St. Joe was paced by a 19 point performance by Pam Rigaux before she fouled out late in the game. Also in double figures was Stacy Kalamaros with 11. Barb Mann and Debbie Miller each had seven rebounds for the Glenn girls and Traci Florian and Patti Farrar each passed out five

Senior Teresa Kemp made her regular season farwell a big one getting 25 points while Tammy Tuttle also reached double figures with 12 to pace the w inners. Jenny Maenhout had 10 to top the North Liberty scoring in this 52-32 decision. Debbie Miller led the Lady Falcons in both rebounds, with eight, and assists, with four. The game was tight, just a 22-20 advantage for the Glenn girls at halftime but the third quarter found North Liberty falling victim to the Glenn press and the tide went completely in Glenn's favor as they outscored North Liberty 13-2 in the quarter to wrap up the victory.
