Area Turkey Days This Week End
Thirty-three area merchants are participatingin “The IndependentNews” annual "Turkey Days”, to be held this Thursday. Friday and Saturday at the respective participating stores. The simple, but very well-received promotion is run solely through the columns of this week's issue of "The Independent News”. There is no purchases necessary or nothing to do other than to simply cut the coupons out of this issue and fill them out and then deposit them in the proper store for a chance to win that Thanksgiving turkey. The merchants that are participating will each hold their own drawing at the close of business this week end and then notify the winner. The complete list of winners will also be published in next week’s issue of "The Inde-pendent-News”.
