SENIOR CITIZENS BOWLING The ten top bowlers in the Senior Citizens bowling with nine games or more after eight weeks are R Dipert, 157.13; S. Labno, 15519; R. Bruesch. 146.2; E. Knight. 138.16; G. Barna, 136.14; S. Barne, 136.6; M Bruesch, 135.9; R. Bowman, 134 15; T. Safar, 134.10 and C. Joyce 131 19. It's interesting to note that the senior men are responding in greater numbers than the senior women. Maybe the reason for this is that when the seniors were young people, bowling was more of a man's game That isn’t the way it is today. So if you like the game you know the old saying, “You’re never too old to learn.” We have beginners as “young” as 75 years and the oldest bowler’s known age is 78. The oldest spectator is 86 and he shot a game of pool.
