Mr. and Mrs. William C. Kammerer. of 202 E. Center Street, North Liberty, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with an open house for relatives and friends form 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 15, at the ReLax Inn, North Liberty. The couple was married on January 11, 1953. Hosting the event will be their son, Kevin, and daughter, Mrs. Timothy (Julia) Whitmer and spouse. The couple has another sou, Billy, and one grandchild. Inc., had a “swinging" New Year's eve dance on Thursday, December 29. Through the kindness of the Musicians Union, Roger Kronk and his wonderful band played for our pleasure, waltzes, polkas, we named them, and they played them! What a good time we all had. Smiles were the order of the evening. Even those in wheel chairs were dancing. Everyone also enjoyed the refreshments. Before Auld Lang Syne was sung, we formed a Congo line all around the building to the strains of “When
