Mr and Mrs. Leonard Beaty were happv to have their daughter and husband. Mr. and Mrs Richard Roberts, of Canoga Park. Califnona, who arrived November 19. as their guests over the Thanksgiving holidavs Mr and Mrs. John McCall, of Ennis, Montana, a granddaughter of the Beatss. were house guests of their aunt and family, Mr and Mrs. Ed Cole and sons. Rich and Bob Bob is a student at Ball State and he spent the Thanksgiving vacation here. All were guests of the Beatys for Thanksgiving dinner. Mr and Mrs Craig DeMyer and Mrs Arthur DeMyer spent Thanks giving Dav with Mrs. Craig DeMver’s mother. Mrs Marilyn Burkhart and family, in Martinsville, and they returned home on Friday evening batteling the snow storm from Kokomo home. Mr and Mrs. Robert Gardner and sons entertained the following guests for Thanksgiving. Mr. and Mrs Tom Bell, of Knox, Mr. and Mrs Richard Land and Kris, of Union Mills. Mr and Mrs. Paul Gielerak and Gina, of Kokomo and Mr and Mrs Jack Bell and Jill, of Hamlet. Out of state guests for the wedding of the Richard Roberts niece. Miss Lynda Roberts, of Niles. Michigan and Mr Steven Keyser on Saturdav afternoon in Niles were the Richard Roberts, of California, and the John McCalls, of Montana, who were very thank ful to Bob Cole for taking them in his four wheel drive to Niles due to the heaw snow and bad road conditions. Michigan, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Larson, of Pecatonica, Illinois, had Thanksgiving dinner with Mrs. Charles Shogren and visited with Mr. Shogren who is in the LaPorte Hospital and is reported improving rapidly. Following the evening meal slides were shown of some years ago and everyone enjoyed another wonderful Thanksgiving Day. In the afternoon the group went to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Homer Mullet and family, in Westville. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Weakley and Todd, Mrs. Nora Hahn, Mrs. Cloyd Smith. Mrs. Pearl Stull and Mrs. Carol Blackburn were all guests of Mrs. Dale Stull for the traditional turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day. Mr and Mrs. Rex Stull and family came in the afternoon. SENIOR FELLOWSHIP TO MEET MONDAY, DEC. 5 The Senior Fellowship Club will have their regular monthly carry-in dinner and program on Monday. December 5, at 6:00 p.m., in the Walkerton Community Building. A very special program has been arranged for this evening. Hostesses will be Elsie Eider. Nora Hahn and Fayette Dunn.
