Rainbow News During the regular meeting of the Walkerton Rainbow for Girls Assembly 64 held Monday evening, July 11, the girls reported a good time enjoyed at the swim party at the Connie Clark residence with Nancy Jo Peterson acting as hostess. Reports were heard of Grand Assembly held recently in Evansville. Russell Lawrence protemmed as Rainbow Dad at the meeting which was conducted by Worthy Advisor, Mashelle Pavey. Miss Pavey will host a swim party at her home July 30. An invitation was read from a member. Sally Aftowski, to attend her wedding to Jeff Johnson, July 23. to be held in the Walkerton Presbyterian Church. Those attending inspection and reception, honoring the Grand Worthy Advisor. Miss Sandy Heffelfinger, in Auburn. Indiana, Saturday and Sunday. July 16 and 17 will be Mashell Pavey. Nancy Jo Peterson, Tammy Whitteberry, Crystal Clemons, Leslie Kepcha, Myra Clemons, Mrs. Florence Erickson, mother advisor; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Drews and Gene Whitteberry. Contributing to the birthday bank were Mashelle Pavey, Dawn Steinke and Mrs. Gene Whitteberry. Haste rarely saves time. “Take care of yourself,” says a writer. If you don’t, who will?
