J OBITUARIES GENE H. SUMMERS Funeral services for Gene H. Summers, 56. route 4. Koontz Lake. Walkerton, Indiana, who died on Monday at the Fountainview Health Care Facility. LaPorte. following an illness of seven years, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 15. at the Blissville Church of the Brethren. Rev. Dester Cummins. pastor, and Rev. Opal Nees, of North Manchester, will officiate. Burial will be in the Tyner Cemetery. Friends may call at the Johnson Funeral Home. Plymouth, from 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 2:00 p.m. thursday. Mr. Summers was born on August 20, 1920. at Lakeville to Roy and Viola (Walters) Summers and was a lifetime resident of St. Joseph and Marshall counties. He married Marie Ruff on December 23, 1950. who survives. He was a farmer and limestone dealer. Surviving along with his wife are
